Rules of trolley usage
A trolley is a platform measuring 2,2m by 1,75m. It contains two drive seats and two seats on the bench. There is a possibility of taking the fifth passenger if it's a child under the age of 10.
- Tickets for the course can be booked on the website and then can be paid for (by cash or card) directly before the course at the ticket office.
- The traveler must appear at the station at least 15 minutes before the departure. Otherwise, the reservation might get canceled.
- A trip takes place considering the current schedule, under the supervision of the trip manager. It usually takes from one to two hours, depending on the route.
- For everyone's safety, travelers are obliged to obey orders given by the trip manager ("stop", "brake", "continue", etc.) - according to instructions given to the travelers before the departure.
- The staff is present on the first, last and middle trolley.
- Carry-on luggage must be put into the baskets in the front of the trolley.
- During the trip, it is prohibited to grab the environment elements that occur on the route (i.e. tree branches)
- In case of an object falling off the trolley, do not stop the vehicle. Remember the location of the dropped item and inform the trip manager about the fact on one of the stops or stations.
- People under the age of 18 have to travel under the supervision of adults.
- Consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited during the trip. Unsober people cannot drive the trolley on neither of the two drive seats.
- It is prohibited to stand up when the trolley is moving.
- The drive seat with a brake must be operated by an adult.
- Switching the people who drive the trolley should take place without stopping the vehicle.
- Between the trolleys, there should be at least five (preferably ten) meters of space unless the trip manager says otherwise. It is strictly prohibited to collide the trolleys.
- The trip manager can refuse to allow a traveler who breaks the rules to continue the course.

- In case of unfavorable weather conditions, everyone who booked a trip will be notified through the phone about cancelling the trip at least 30 mintues before the departure.
Standards for the protection of minors
The employees of Lokalna Kolej Drezynowa in Regulice, who have direct contact with minors (people under the age of 18) at their workplace, mind their wellbeing and treat them with respect.
- The employees of Lokalna Kolej Drezynowa do not use violence against the underage, do not shame, disregard nor offend them. They conversate with minors in a way proper for a given situation and their age. They raise their voice only when it's absolutely necessary (i.e. during a dangerous situation).
- Direct contact of an employee with a minor cannot be secret or hidden, as well as it cannot be related to any reward.
- The employees of Lokalna Kolej Drezynowa do not communicate with minors via private communication channels without the knowledge of their legal guardians (parents or other guardians, who are responsible for them).
- If the employees notice that a minor might be harassed by any other person, they will inform the manager of Lokalna Kolej Drezynowa about it, or if it is necessary, also relevant services. The manager or the person who intervenes will have a conversation with guardians of the underage person and will advise where to seek help.
- The employees of Lokalna Kolej Drezynowa provide the protection of personal data and image of the underage person. Consolidation of the image of an underage person requires agreement of the legal guardian, with an exception of situations where the underage person is a part of a large group - in that case, agreement is not necessary.
- The person responsible for application of the Standards is Michał Ściana.
- Every employee of Lokalna Kolej Drezynowa has to know and apply the Standards. The underage and their legal guardians should read the content of the Standards before taking part in trips or bonfires organized by Lokalna Kolej Drezynowa. The Standards in their full, printed version are placed in the building of Regulice station.
